Thursday 18 December: INFUSION NIGHT! One of the favourite events of the year! Infusion night combines lots of the most loved things - creativity, community and quite extraordinary amounts of alcohol!! Infusions can be made by anyone to any recipe - they are de-labelled and sampled blind by a discerning panel of judges (ie anyone who turns up on the night) and a winner is crowned at the end of the evening. Taxis are advised!

INFUSION NIGHT RULES:

• - start with an unflavoured base spirit (eg Vodka, gin, brandy, whisky)
• - infuse with your own secret choice of ingredients - be creative
• - decant a small amount (a medium sized jamjar will do) into a bottle or jar
• - bring your Infusion to the pub by 7pm Tuesday 16th December - be sure to label your bottle with your name & Ingredients
• - we will decant each Infusion into identical numbered bottles so nobody knows which is which
• - come along on the night and join in the fun (if you've entered, you must attend on the night. Non competitors are very welcome on the night too.
• there will be a prize for the best Infusion, based on public votes
