J Tyson St. Mary's in Autumn

Our village is creating something special together. We're a group of volunteers, called Sweffling Conservation Stewards, working to enhance Sweffling's public spaces for both wildlife and people, making our village an even better place to live.  We will begin working in the old churchyard, Memorial Garden, Townlands Trust Meadows, Jubilee Field and the species rich roadside verges.

Whether you have gardening skills, enjoy conservation work, or simply want to meet neighbours while doing something positive, there's a role for you. We work alongside existing village groups to strengthen our community spirit.

To receive details of work parties, survey days and other information, please contact Amanda at 07860 589792 and choose to be contacted by telephone, email or Whatsapp
